Did your children get given waaaay too much chocolate at Easter? Is your fridge full of half eaten eggs and rabbits with the ears nibbled off:
Mine was, so I turned the Easter chocolate leftovers into choc chips and made these chocolate and cranberry biscuits:
I used the recipe below but replaced the white choc chips with the milk and dark ones I made from the Easter surplus, and omitted the nuts and alcohol.

To make the choc chips, just put the eggs and bunny bodies into a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin until you’ve achieved the desired outcome. I put milk and dark together, it doesn’t really matter. Just don’t use it for a recipe that specifically calls for dark chocolate though.
If you don’t want to bake biscuits now, you can freeze the choc chips for the next time you make something that requires them.

Great idea! So far I have managed to make sure the bunnies get eaten one by one, so we don’t have a collection of naked bunnies yet, but I’m sure they will turn up soon and I may be able to try your tip.
